British Sambo Team Prepare
On Sunday National Sambo Coach John Clarke organised a training session for the GB Team fighting in the Presidents Cup. Members of the team travelled from as far away as Newcastle and Manchester to Sittingbourne in Kent also there was technical training for the Officials who will be manning the Mat Tables. All team members were issued with a Tracksuit and officials were issue with a Polo Shirt, these were all donated by Lonsdale/Sport Direct thanks to English Sombo President Russell Dodds. The training session was a great success with many other Sambo players attending to support the British Team technique training was also given by Tim Thomas and Colin Carrott.
Every one is really excited about the Presidents Cup and the first ever Commonwealth Sambo Championships
